Professional Review

Quick Draw lets you dive into a virtual reality experience where you need to prove that you have the fastest hands in the West. Practice your skills, challenge your allies, and prove yourself as the Sheriff of the town.

Graphics — 4/5

The shades of brown color have been used on different elements that are present in the game. Be it the Sheriff’s office, Saloon, or the Railway Station, their architecture looks almost similar and they all boast of a simple and basic design. Because it’s a virtual reality and first-person shooter game, all you get to see are your hands holding the guns. All in all, the graphics of the game are simple and plain.

Gameplay — 4/5

In this amazing VR experience of Quick Draw, you put your reflexes and aim to test. You are the town’s Sheriff who is trying to save it from Ruffians. There are four different and intense gaming mode that you can play. These modes are ‘Defend the Town Mode’, ‘Time Trials Mode’, ‘Blind Time Trials Mode’, and ‘Online Duels Mode’. The game checks your reaction time. Thus, you need to control the urge to draw your gun and eliminate the enemy until you hear the signal (Eagle Flight).

In the game, you come across face-to-face shootouts. The bullets in the game are real physics object and you can hit your target with either a ricochet or just shoot a bullet out of the sky. The game also lets you compare your score with that of others on the leaderboard. In the online duels mode, you can even challenge other players for a F2F Shootout.

You can play the game on HTC Vive and Oculus Rift with Touch.

Controls — 4.5/5

As aforementioned that Quick Draw is a VR game, you can control everything in the game with your VR Controller. There is not much of the movement that you have to do in the game. However, there is certainly camera movement in the game which you can do by simply moving your head (with the VR device on it). To shoot and scroll the leaderboard, you can use the controllers in your hand.

Replay Value  — 2.5/5

The gameplay of Quick Draw is simple. You need to wait at your place and wait for the opponent to turn up. The same makes the game repetitive and brings the gamers into the monotonous zone quite soon. Lack of any movement further adds to the woes of the gamers. In fact, some of the gamers have labeled it as quite boring. On the whole, the game has a low replay value.

Conclusion

So, you believe you have the fastest hands and amazing reflexes. Well, it’s time to test both of them in the gameplay of Quick Draw. Plunge into this VR experience and as a Sheriff, save your town from the notorious Ruffians. Don’t forget to try different gaming modes which are sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. But do wait for the Eagle before you eliminate your foe from the field.

Conclusion

Quick Draw lets you dive into the world of virtual reality and play some cool and amazing F2F shootouts. Save yourself, save your town, and dominate the leaderboard.
